I've read a couple of books on the Keto diet. I really like this one because it includes the meal plans. I have the tendency to stick with a recipe that I like then eat that food until I get tired of it. With the simple extra guidance in this book, I find it easier to break away from my old habit. Plus the recipes are dishes that I'm interested in.

A unique collection of Ketogenic recipes which includes a 2 week meal plan.I really liked the extensive breakfast recipes and side meals too!An excellent introduction to dieting with Ketogenic eating...

A way too slim of a volume that doesn't offer much in the way of palateable recipes. No guidance as to how to begin or maintain a ketogenic diet.

I think this is a great book to start the ketogenic diet. It has a lot of useful information and a lot of delicious recipes. I started the ketogenic diet about 2 weeks ago using the recipes and I have lost 5 lbs.I recommend this book for beginners or those curious about keto.

At first, I thought that the Ketogenic diet is a complete nonsense because when we grow thin we want to get rid of fat, and this book offers a lot of recipes with a lot of fats. But from this guidebook, I learned that there are good and bad fats. In this book, of course, there are monotonous recipes, and this is a small minus, but you will definitely learn something new!
