As noted by other reviews, this book is only half of the story. There is another guide titled: "The FreeBSD Handbook 3rd Edition, Volume II: Administrator's Guide" which you will also need to get all of the content available in the 2nd Edition. That said, you would do best to avoid both of these books and look to other sources of documentation. Most information can easily be found online but if you really like printed documentation (as I do), I would recommend a book like Absolute FreeBSD, 2nd Edition: The Complete Guide to FreeBSD which was just released. The FreeBSD Handbook has a number of typos, the index in back is awful, and the information is out-of-date (it is targeting FreeBSD 5.X).

Contrary to Amazon's description of the book, it doesn't ship with a FreeBSD installation CD, or any CD for that matter.C. The user's guide.I suppose the Admin's guide is sold separately, though I don't know where. It certainly isn't here.In a nutshell, what you're getting if you put this in your shopping cart is the first half of the second edition minus the operating system CD.IMHO you should get the second edition. It may be dated, but at least it delivers as promised.

And you can get the 2nd edition for $5.00 today!! If you order DO NOT ORDER FROM CAMIN BOOK, I have been waiting 32 days on them. They do not answer e-mail and they have my cash, another thing is they are out of the USA, i.e. Camin Ilands so you can't do anything about the rip off..

This is everything I wanted and more! First off, the cover is sturdy and cute, almost like a watercolor polka dot effect. Inside is where it really shines though! The planner is divided into 14 sections (from initial planning to honeymoon). Each section has checklists, tips and charts to guide you through the planning process. And bonus, there is a pocket in the back of the planner for receipts! At this price, a definite steal if you ask me!

I was looking for a planner and this has everything I wanted. Perfect sized to put in your purse, but It’s a bit heavier than I expected, so I won’t carry it around in my purse like I wanted to, but that’s ok.

Super cute my best friend loves it !!!

Didn't use all the different pages in there but what I didn't use for what they gave it for I used for other things. Worked out great!

If you are interested in the lives of the coaches featured in this book, read it. If you want to learn something about coaching, I wouldn't bother. The author does a nice job of chronicling the lives of the coaches and the stories are interesting. I enjoyed learning what makes some the coaches "tick" and experiences in their lives that have led them to the position they currently hold. There is little research or data presented. It seams the author spent some time with the subjects and wrote a nice story about their experiences.

I truly enjoyed reading the story concerning Dabo Swinney. Had this coach's story not been included my rating of the book would not have passed 2 stars. Nothing really new here.

As a lifelong sports fan, I have not read many books about sports, but this book is not about sports, it's about life and leadership. I enjoyed the fact that the subjects were all working in sports and was able to identify with them as leaders and took many notes throughout the read. Definitely reccomend this one!

A good book about what makes the coaches in the book special. In most instances it is a small biography with a little bit of what they believe. I don't think there is anything revolutionary in here if you have read any coaching books. It is an entertaining read with a nugget or two you can take away.

Encouraging synopsis of successful coaches. Not all of them are successful in a wholistic sense. They are human and make poor decisions and good choices we can all learn from. My favorites were Sweeney and Stevens.

I just finished this book and while I enjoyed it, I rate it a 4 Star. I would call it a good book about what makes a coach successful, but I didn’t see it rating 5 Stars.

I really enjoyed this book, great writing, terrific personalities that Seth Davis highlighted. Lots and lots of great takeaways! Highly recommend it!

About the Author

DONALD S. REAY is lecturer in electrical engineering at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland. He has also taught hands-on DSP, on a number of occasions, as a visiting lecturer at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China. He co-authored Digital Signal Processing and Applications with the TMS320C6713 and TMS320C6416 DSK, Second Edition (Wiley, 2008) with Rulph Chassaing, and is the author of Digital Signal Processing and Applications with the OMAP-L138 eXperimenter (Wiley, 2012).
